Lena Kundera came to Pine Valley in a shroud of secrecy. She was hired
as the CFO at Enchantment. Bianca Montgomery and Boyd Larraby both felt an attraction
to her. She began to ask for access codes for areas she had no right to be in.
There was something out of 
line
with her. She also began ease dropping on different conversations. She hardly
spoke, but it was obvious she was up to no good.
Lena had been hired by Michael Cambias to obtain Boyd's ant-aging cream.
Michael was blackmailing Lena by threatening to kill her mother. Lena was forced
to get as close to the Enchantment inner circle as possible and to pleasure
Michael at his every whim. Michael told her to get closer to Bianca. She did,
but grew true feelings for her. Lena could not stand lying to the woman she
loved, so she tried to leave town. Bianca stopped her at the airport and told
her they have to give their relationship a chance. Lena excepted and they shared
a passionate kiss at the terminal doors. 
Lena stole a combination into Erica's safe box in Bianca's purse. She stole the cream and gave it to Michael. Michael gave the police surveillance tapes of Lena stealing the cream. Lena was sent to prison for insider trading, but Jackson Montgomery knew there was something more. If she promised to testify against Michael, she would be exonerated for her crime. She left town and found a person who had hard evidence of Michael being the puppet master. Bianca was betrayed by the revelation of Lena's relationship to Michael.
Erica Kane fired Lena, obviously. Lena was soon hired by Woodruff Greenlee.
Erica saw this as a power play 
by
her rival Greenlee duPres, Woodruff's granddaughter. In fact, Greenlee had Woodruff
hire Lena as a favor to Bianca, who her late husband Leo saw as a little sister.
Soon, Lena learned Michael raped Bianca. She tried to reconnect to Bianca, but Bianca pushed her away. Maggie Stone insisted she kept her distance. One day, Lena was seen with a gun and some rat poison. The next day, Michael went missing. Lena quickly disposed of the gun. She became a suspect in his murder along with most of Pine Valley. Under all the stress, she attempted to commit suicide by taking rat poison. She was found, and recovered.
Bianca began to cope with the rape and wanted to continue seeing Lena. Lena helped Bianca move on, and they grew even closer than before. Lena could tell Maggie Stone was not happy to see their budding relationship.
Lena had family obligations to take care of, and needed to leave for
Poland. She gave Bianca a promise ring that one day, they would be together
again.
